I will spend about $10.00 to PreTreat myself the next time.

Like the feel of clean carpet. This time Jessie could not be a magician. There were a lot of stains on the carpet and he did the best he could under the circumstances. My client had not used Zerorez prior to this and honestly, I have no idea the last time these carpets were cleaned. I appreciate the effort and professionalism.

The technician was really great and tried her best with everything, including tough spots. She cleaned frequently-touched surfaces, told me about the Zerorez guarantee, and left a bottle of the cleaner. We examined areas already cleaned for issues. Good experience all around as a first-time customer.

My rug looks AMAZING!!!! So clean and so fresh! It’s really been brought back to life and as an antique, 100% Wool hand woven flokati rug from Greece - it was not damaged and care was applied! I will certainly be using Zerorez again and again
Zeroez was great. I had 10 years of nasty pet stains that I thought would never come out but unbelievably 95% of it did. Not to mention the day to day stains over ten years are completly gone. Mr. Brian Frazier was curtious, on time and worked as if he actually cared about my carpet. Great job.
The young lady who cleaned our carpets was wonderful. She arrived promptly, identified herself and was quite capable of handling the hose. I was impressed. She was polite, mannerly and had great respect for our house. She was the best person ever sent from Zerorez. I'll use the service again if I can get this same young lady to return.
