I have always wanted to try Zerorez for over a year now. Now that I have my own home, it was the perfect time. I was very pleased with my technician(Sam). Mr. LaTarrane Carter was very nice and professional. He went over everything with me. He notice a black line by the wall and advised me I needed to have my Airducts clean. He review my high traffic spots with me. I really liked that after each room he made sure I was satisfied before he moved on ( I wish my husband would do the same) anyway that was great customer service.
