After the AC was turned back on loose debris was blown into the face plate of all the vent grills. Our vacuum isn’t strong enough to suck it through the grills so each vent must be removed with a screw driver in order to remove the debris. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleaning & the courteous service.

We have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for several years. The final condition of the carpet is smooth, does not have an order and the texture of the carpet is soft. It also stays clean longer. The technicians are on time, clean and polite. We had Ivy as our technician to clean the carpet. She was awesome. On time, courteous and gave instructions for caring for the carpet, e.g., placing furniture back on the floor, etc.
Loved the results! The tile looks almost new and it’s really old tile! Carpets look good and some old stains are looking much better. Thank you. Would recommend to friends and would call back in the future! My tech Brian Hunt was a pleasure to work with as well.
