I had a good many spots on my carpet tha I had been unable to get up, some of which were pet stains. ZeroRez got rid of them all. In addition to that, they were very prompt and helped me move a few items that I could not move alone.

Terrance arrived on time. He explained the services and what each of the cleaners accomplished. We moved out of the house and Terrance was very careful not scuff up the freshly painted stairs and baseboards with the hoses that trailed from the truck and throughout the house. We have pets and we wanted to make sure that the next owners pets didn't feel compelled to mark the carpeting. Terrance took special care with finding the pet accidents and applying the antimicrobial chemical. After the cleaning was complete, Terrance walked me through each of the areas that had been cleaned.

I like the idea of a clean product to clean my carpets instead of chemicals.

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and concerns.

The technician Walter was great! However, the representative that took my call and placed the appointment was not truthful to me confirming the cleaning will get out all stains in particular red stains. It doesn’t. Not happy at all about that but the technician was great to work with. I give Walter a 10 and the person who booked my appointment a 3.
