Our service team, Everardo and Marco, provided excellent customer service. They showed up on time and provided a thorough analysis of our air duct system before getting on the job. I liked that they took the time to study our system and talk with us before proceeding to do their work. They worked steadily and when finished, Everardo provided a very detailed report with information and pictures of the deep cleaning they did on the blower and motor and gave us information about a UV Filter that would enhance the safety of the air in our home. It was important to him that we were satisfied with their work. We appreciated their attention to detail and their professionalism and courteousness. All of those are factors that will cause us to be repeat customers to make recommendations to others to select ZeroRez.

The Zerorez technician was very professional and provided exceptional customer service. He wore the appropriate protective clothing / foot covering to assure no contamination the of the floors and prperly utilized all the equipment such as corner blockers accordingly. I am Very PLEASED with the finish results!
