He was tough on himself saying that he wasn’t able to get some of the stains out due to their age but I thought he did a killer job. The carpeted areas look better than when we purchased the house from the previous owner who used an inferior cleaning service than Zerorez. When we require services again we want Brian!

Dang, I forgot his name, I think its Tyler! He is the best there is. He is very knowledgeable of his craft. He spotted issues of concern to me and then like a swipe of a wand they were gone. His attention to detail is remarkable. He made sure we reviewed his work and was satisfied before moving on the other rooms. He was fast, efficient, and very effective in his duties.

I would definitely use Zero res going forward (only) if you can duplicate Tyler!
