The product was very safe and clean. Not a lot of chemicals used. Drying time was between 4-6 hours. The technician was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.

I'm ALWAYS skeptical of testimonials, so this is not to be considered a testimonial. However, after having our duct work cleaned by Zerorez and installing a UV light in the plenum to combat the mold detected, my wife and I both agree the air feels crisper and fresher. In addition, my asthma symptoms seem improved.
The technicians were very professional and courteous. We'd welcome them back in our house anytime.

service tech always does a great job. but your scheduling people are terrible. having him show up at 6:30pm after dark/time change? ridiculous.
