The technicians was personable and protected the area (the baseboards from his equipment) where he was cleaning. He also explained what he was doing and asked about including a protectant for the furniture.
He did not take a long time and cleaned up after completing the task and showing me the results.

I was not pleased with the latest representative that cleaned our home. The carpet was not cleaned good like previous visits. It was like he ran the machine over the space but no effort to ensure carpet was cleaned.

My service person, Dee, was excellent. She was though and kept me constantly aware of how the cleaning was progressing, and what spots she just could not get out. She went over them again while I watched and I really appreciated that. I felt she work extremely hard to get my carpets clean and to make me pleased with the results. she was great.
