Would have appreciated a heads up call prior to arrival though. I had to ask the tech to wait a few minutes while I finished dressing.

The staff!!!!! Great customer service for a drop off. The manager Tylon and associate James were extremely professional and asked all the right questions! I was shy to admit I had spilled wine on my rug and I was quickly put to ease on the cleaning process and results!! Fantastic team! Don’t change a thing! I have been and will continue to refer Zerorez to everyone I know! The service was exceptional especially during pandemic!

Sean did an amazing job and was very professional.
They quickly picked up and returned my rug to my home. The rug was smelly and sticky with pet stains. It returned smelling fresh, looking bright and feeling soft, just like new. The rug smelled really fresh like clean laundry, but not overly perfumed. I will definitely use the service again and tell my friends.
