Your cleaning formula: The first time a professional carpet cleaning company actually cleaned my carpet. Other carpet cleaner made the carpet look clean when they were wet. But the carpets looked clean wet but dried dirty.

My carpets had not been cleaned in at least seven years. During the past six years they were abused by grandchildren, adults not removing their shoes ect. However, you have the carpets looking like new new. You were able to remove some very serious long standing stains.

The only thing you did wrong was not to take before and after pictures. If you did, your competitors would be at a great disadvantage. I am a retired businessman. I would hate to have you as a competitor. I can't wait to have you do my HVAC ducts.

Previous experience with carpet cleaning with Zerorez was not good. We used another company that moved your furniture etc. we decided to try your carpet services again since we used you for duct cleaning and added a air purifier on one of our units. Super nice guys in that dept. decided to try the carpet service again and this time it was great. Before the carpets were soaked and took about 36hrs to dry completely. This time they dryed just as he said they would. Thank you.
