Emmanuel Nazario is very polite, courteous , respectful, trustworthy and does an excellent job .The products are odorless that works for me . Our bedrooms looks gorgeous, I do up keep my carpets he complemented me on the way my carpets were , this is the second time he did my bedrooms per my request. Carlton was amazing!!! He was prompt, professional, friendly, meticulous, and thorough. He made sure at every opportunity that I was satisfied with the work he was doing. His work went beyond my expectations and the cleaning was reasonably priced. I will be using this service from this point on. Thank Carlton again for the amazing service. Overall, the service was impeccable. Jospeh was on time, and he did an incredible job cleaning my master bedroom, family room, guest bedroom, stairs, and upstairs hallway. I would encourage anyone to use Zerorez. They treat you right!

We had great service. We have had elderly pets and now we have young puppies. Shawn gave us some prices for stains & pet odor remover for our carpets. To our surprise our carpets looks brand new and the odors are gone.
