Great service! The technician, D amon, arrived bright and early on a Sunday morning with a big job ahead of him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and worked quickly. This was our first time using Zerorez, but will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Scheduling was easy, great follow up and reminders along the way, on-time technician who was poilte, knowledgable, very informative, not at all pushy. Work was done quickly and carpets never looked better which is saying a lot since they are over 15 years old!

We had Zerorez clean carpets in several rooms and the tile in our kitchen and master bath. Each of the areas of carpet look great; refreshed, several spots removed, and much brighter.

This was the first time that either of the rooms of tile had been professionally cleaned after 19 years. The grout in the kitchen was dark from years of use. Zerorez did a phenomenal job cleaning the grout! It is much lighter now and looks like new!

We couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely use Zerorez again in the future!
