The person who came out kept his mask on while cleaning our carpets and did a great job. He explained the cleaning process and what to expect. He also used precautions not to damage wall corners with the equipment

I LOVE ZeroRez! My husband and I just moved after 19 years in the same house. ZeroRez was vital to us. First, to get the carpet in the house we bought looking and smelling like new - to make the house our own and feel like it's truly ours. Secondly, to get the carpet in our old house looking and smelling like new so it would photograph well so we can get it on the market. No one cleans like Zero Rez! I'll never use another carpet cleaner again. I love how they are safe for us AND our pets. Totally green and clean. My husband Glenn and I are raving fans.
