I love the classes, the instructors, the times of the classes.

I do not like the yoga room -- small, talk and dreay -- or the yoga classes, therefore I do not take them.

All of the staff are great, always greeting with help and a smile.

I wish the outdoor swimming club was offered to members who have visiting family (children) for a nominal fee. I am not allowed to take my grandchildren for a swim.

Parking is usually good and the facility is generally very clean.

I do not think adolescent children should be allowed to take classes with adults.

The physical facility is well maintained and clean, and the counter people and trainers are very nice. Nice environment.

I like the flexibility. The number of exercise classes allows me to schedule my exercise around my erratic work schedule.

I love that it's so convenient for me to be able to workout and bring my kids. They love the child watch and Y zone and the staff there is absolutely amazing.

The West Chester YMCA is a well organized and facilitated organization offering many varied programs to satisfy any member who cares to use familiar programs or explore new ones. All staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with have all been exemplary. The monthly membership fee has always been reasonable.

Same answer given last poll about a month or so ago: easy, convenient, affordable (right now for me), Pleasant, effective classes, good place to interact with peers and a good excuse to get up and go in the morning.

I love how there are so many classes to choose from and the childcare. I wouldn't be able to workout very often without it! The people at childwatch know our kids and our kids love going there.
