I love the environment. The group classes are very welcoming and upbeat, giving you reason to keep going!! Joining is the best decision I've made in a long time for my health - mind and body!

There are a wide variety of programs and classes and the instructors are very good. The Y is clean and well organized.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the EGYM setup (and wish it were available at other Ys in the area). The thing I like the most is that you just show-up. The workout is pre-programmed and you don't have to set the weights or think about it. Also, there's no lingering at a station like you typically set at the Precor machines.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Regularly go to water aerobics and find great benefit from the exercise. Also able to try different classes. Staff everywhere is friendly and welcoming and I love the Y’s mission
