West Chester Y provides many high quality classes. The instructors are friendly and well qualified. I am very happy with the classes I take e.g., body pump, yoga, power yoga, pilate and barr.

I love that Silver sneakers is now offered daily, Monday through Friday. Well paced with harder and easier options offered and great explanations on why particular exercises are important for being able to do essential daily functions.
Outstanding instructors make it fun and the time flies by. I leave with a sense of accomplishment for a good work-out.

I love the Les Mills classes--GRIT was my favorite and I am still devastated that it was taken away. The instructor that I take classes with the most is Stephanie Puppolo, and she is fantastic! The outdoor pool is a game changer.

I am impressed by the Wellness Center work out equipment and the cleanliness. I am not using the childcare space but find it an inviting place for children. The outdoor pool is quite a fun family experience.
