Great classes with great teachers!
Appreciate the gym and weight facilities. The only unit that is not well designed is the Precor abdominal crunch station. It uses arm strength as much as abdominals - if you ever upgrade, look at the abcoaster which is 100% abdominals. The staff is very nice all the way around.
Very friendly and helpful staff. always willin to go above and beyond.
Sebastian the swim teacher is the best. He's very patient and encouraging.
Safety
The staff are so helpful.and friendly. They continue to go out of their way in order to help and resolve any issue and provide clear communication.
Classes, instructors, equipment, trainers - all top-notch!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The equipment there is the best. This place is awesome!
I love going to the Y. It is very well organized, clean and cool in the summer. Can’t beat it.
Plenty of equipment and classes to choose from
A wide variety of classes and programs are offered and the facility is great…lots of equipment, very clean and well maintained.
Excellent variety of classes, friendly and expert instructors, clean and safe environment, great place to meet peers, family friendly, great place for all - age, skill level, cultural background and more!
The facility is very well equipped and always clean. The staff is very friendly especially Melissa, Jen and others at the front desk.
Separately, I was surprised and disappointed that the facility was closed on “June Teenth”. It’s a made-up holiday with little historical significance. The slaves were freed by President Lincoln almost two years earlier when he issued the Emancipation Proclamation. The 13th Amendment to the Constitution which was pushed by Lincoln, codified freedom for the slaves almost two years later. Without these actions taken by President Lincoln, there wouldn’t have been a “Juneteenth”. Yet the facility does not close on Lincoln’s birthday. Why is that?
I don't know because I don't have time for the activities.
Love the activities geared towards kids with intellectual disabilities. Great, positive messages on the wall of the lobby on certain months promoting good qualities related to disability.
Lap lanes in the heated pool
I do not use any program at this time.
Facilities are always clean and in good repair.
I like your course and machines for exercise!
I rarely do classes. I do my own circuit of activities. The Y has always been a staple in my life since swim lessons in Philly at age 6, I'm now 80, to enjoying all the activities with and for my children when they were young.
This weekend 4th of July I had the experience of enjoying the outdoor pool facilities with my family for the first time. There is a small charge to bring in guests but it was completely worth it.
Staff are always helpful and very friendly. After your workout you can engage in amazing conversation and friends in the lobby with complimentary coffee.
Aside from working out and keeping trim, it can be a wonderful social place. Especially for seniors.
I like that it's traditional camp - outside, no devices, lots of games and activities and helping kids connect.
easy to jog daily and do some basic weight things.
