West Chester Y seems to support and promote Pickleball whereas UMLY keeps diminishing it. Many seniors benefit tremendously from this game and WC really supports us.
Also your swimming facilities are wonderful!

Talk about a power house team. This swimming programs goes above and beyond my expectations. My 6 year old son started as a timid swimmer and is now swimming laps weekly. I love that the supervisors are constantly checking in with the swim instructors to make sure they are okay and that they are in constant communication about each child. Mr. Sebastian has been wonderful for my son. He makes sure to make a connection first, which makes it easy for my son, Caleb, to trust him. I truly believe this program has built my sons confidence in ways I can't describe. I am so thankful for this program!

Stage 3 at West Chester Y has been very good. And the instruction by Sebastian very good. I would recommend this set of lessons highly.

Max is very responsible and does so well with thx kids! The girl who works with him is super sweet too. I like that they are part of the swim team, I think it’s important the kids see them giving back (my daughter is a young Marlin so this is really cool for her to see them giving back )

The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient with our daughter. Our little girl has improved so much simce we started her at the Y. She looks forward to her swimming lessons every week.

I love it that you sign up for classes. Your instructors are so nice and always “read the room “ they also seem to be happy while teaching and know so many members by name, that’s impressive!

Hoping you find a way for the different level to share the little time available in the summer due to camp. Maybe alternate the days between Beginner/intermediate with the advance.

Ask your cleaning staff to clean the gum off the benches in the gym. Under the rims of the bench.

Instructors are kind and fun. Sometimes the classes get full n I can’t get in them but that’s ok.
