Beautiful facility. I rotate between Lionville, Coatesville, and West Chester, but I'm doing EGYM and that takes me to WC more often.

We’d like to recognize Sebastian for being an exceptional swim instructor. He is incredibly patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about each child’s progress. Our First name removed requires a little more support than some of the other kids in his class, who are more advanced, but Sebastian has been with him every step of the way. He meets him where he is, builds his confidence, and celebrates every achievement, no matter how small. Because of Sebastian’s guidance and positive encouragement, First name removed has made tremendous progress in the pool. The Y is fortunate to have an instructor like Sebastian.

Really appreciate the staff - they are all great. Super helpful, accommodating, professional, and my daughter adores them. My daughter has had so much fun over the past few weeks. Every day I pick her up she says "I had a GREAT day!" Can't ask for more than that!

When my 8 year old first started her lessons with Mr. Sebastian, she was terrified to get in the water. He built her confidence to a point where she was willing to dunk her head under the water, which was HUGE. She has even asked to continue her lessons, so that she can continue gaining swimming skills. I am so very grateful to have gotten the lesson voucher from her field trip for these lessons.

This is specifically about the Montessori swim lessons as that is what the prompt in the email was for- it is so nice my daughter can head to the pool with classmates during the afternoon (accompanied by a teacher) to do lessons. She really looks forward to them.

I do wish I got a little more detail and feedback than just some skills checked off on a piece of paper though.

Thanks!!!!

Love swim lessons so far, we love the access to yoga classes online at home and in person classes at our local YMCA. Having access to the outdoor pool this summer has been such a bonus this year! It feels like a party with friends everytime we go!

Great Y.

There are plenty of options so everyone can find something that is right for them. Lots of flexibility in the types and times of programs/activities to work with many different schedules.

On my initial visit the greeter was highly personable. Patiently listened to my questions and answered with a smile and sincere eye contact. Someone in this Y's senior management needs to be congratulated.

Ok
