What do you like about your membership?

My favorite thing about my membership right now (and most years) is the babysitting room. The staff in the babysitting department are friendly, engaging, involved, trust-worthy, and genuinely care about my whole family. They feed, change, and snuggle with my son, so that I am able to regain a sense of health and well-being by working out 3-4 times each week. I am most appreciative of this aspect of the membership. It really shows that the YMCA cares about the whole family unit.

What do you like about your membership?

The staff is friendly. i need to get some exercise in every day to keep my diabetes in check so being able to do it in any kind of weather is great.

We love the WCAY community and became members because of the WCAY Marlins swim team. The coaches are top-notch and the families and swimmers a real family. We enjoy the welcoming and helpful support of the front desk staff, the mind-body instructors and the volunteer opportunities you open up to your members.

What do you like about your membership?

I like that I can use my Brandywine YMCA membership at the different Y's in my area, depending on where I am that day. Also, the facilities are great and the people who work at the UMLY, West Chester Airport Road and Lionville branches are fantastic (I have not been to the other branches). I have nothing but positives to say about the Y.

Became way more “part of our lives” than we expected- joined for daughters swim lessons and did ourselves attending events all the time.
We are probably there four times a week.

I had a fitness assessment with PJ last week and started training with him this week. I’m hooked. PJ is knowledgeable, professional and fun! I had a great workout and an awesome time. Looking forward to next week already! Thank you PJ!

What do you like about your membership?

I finish work at 3:00 and enjoy being able to take 4:00 and 4:30 group exercise classes rather than having to go home and back out again.
I like all of the group exercise instructors and appreciate the variety of classes offered.
The facility is always clean and ALL employees are friendly and helpful!

We use the membership primarily for my wife, Alison's, deep water aerobics and swimming with the grandchildren. Personally - I need to get there for MYSELF.

We are within walking distance of the Borough branch and often take classes at the Airport Road branch. Have really enjoyed group exercise classes for many years now.
