I love that you offer great childcare while I workout and I'm a bog fan of the group exercise classes!

One thing I wish is that you had longer open swim times in the warm water pool and more activities in the warm water pool, similar to the Haverford and Ambler YMCAs.

What do you like about your membership?

I just joined a few days ago, but I loved the fact that everyone is so friendly. I didn't feel self conscious going into the gym and I just felt a sense of community. I love the indoor track even though it's smaller and not as "fancy" as the track at the gym where I belonged previously. Being elevated, time went by so fast as I watched people below playing basketball. And unlike my past gym, the bank of machines isn't facing the track. I used to feel like everyone was watching me when I walked in my past gym. I love walking in the Y.

I loved the price for the year as well. In comparing the Y to my last gym, my senior membership was $612 at the Y, would have been over $1,000 at my previous gym.

Mostly I like the non-snobby, down-to-Earth, "kind" atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and I found that other members were friendly. More people said Hi to me on my first day at the Y than in all the time I belonged to my previous gym. I'm thrilled!

I like that you are offering different and exciting classes like line dancing and zumba for seniors. (instructors go slow enough for us to follow. They are very patient and forgiving if we mess up) Bingo, cards and etc I haven't had a chance to try but plan in the future. Keep up the good work!

We love having a comfortable environment to work out in. And both of my children are on the Marlins, and we have had a great experience with Coach Barry and the rest of the coaching staff over the last four years. My kids have made great friends, learned about team work, as well as greatly improving as swimmers.

I love the convenience of the Y and its upbeat, positive nature. It's given me so much over the years--a place to work out, judgment free. You just go and put effort into the experience, and you're sure to be rewarded in multiple ways. I always leave the Y feeling good and happy.

I like the use of the excellent competition pool and diving well. The staff is extremely helpful, especially in the diving area. Additional discounts on my membership fee and the office staff reaching out to me were greatly appreciated.
