Kris is simply phenomenal. She is so patient and innovative with my daughter. Her swimming improved a lot this session.

I appreciated the instructor’s willingness to accommodate my child’s needs. I have twins and one had a more significant fear of water but the instructor was patient. My girls love Amanda.

My son had private lessons with Kris who was fantastic! Again having someone work with a child with different neurodevelopmental needs with the willingness to think out of the box was invaluable.

Plenty of treadmills

I usually work out at UMLY, but I love that West Chester YMCA has a lot of Zumba classes. I really enjoy taking these classes. I saw that they have a walking path over the gymnasium. I am thinking about using that one day soon. I have not taken any other classes at this location but I would like to, as a lot of the classes work with my schedule. Everyone seems very happy at the West Chester YMCA, both members and staff. Everyone is friendly as well.

Child watch and parents night out. All the classes. The pool and availability for lap swims. The daycare and Montessori curriculum. The family changing rooms. The steam room. The indoor track. The variety of exercise equipment. The summer camp offerings for kids.

Everything, a place my kids love to come an enjoy

It's a convenient location and the facilities are nice and large. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming on my first visit.

I cherish your warm pool for swimming laps because of my physical problems!!

I like the variety of classes offered

I like the variety of exercise programs offered, there’s something for everyone. I love the sense of community at the Y - staff and members are very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been a member for over 30 years and just love going to the Y!

Whole family has something to do, discount on the pool in the summer...

The Y is convenient. I can work at my own pace. The Staff are friendly.

The childcare is so helpful so I can get a break and also do something good for myself!

We have recently moved from the Brandywine branch to the West Chester Branch, because we have moved into Hersheys Mill. Staff at West Chester is very nice and welcoming. My husband, who is disabled, uses the cycling machines. His caregivers are also treated with courtesy and are welcomed. Thank you!
