Clean modern facility. Courteous staff.

Able to use it at multiple locations.

Love the body pump classes early in the morning. I also like the TRX Classes & the ability to really have a variety of opens for living a balanced-healthy life (nutrition; exercise; small group classes, large group for social interaction, etc.) The West Chester Y offers it all

The staff, especially at the front desk is both friendly and knowledgeable.

While I am not making good use of my membership, I find the offerings to be varied and interesting and the staff to consistently be helpful, knowledgable, respectful and super nice.

The freedom to exercise at the times that I desire

There are so many things that I love about this Y! From top notch swim instructors (thank you Ms. Leslie & Ms. Chris!); to the most amazing child care & family activities around! We utilize your kids zone, sitter service, and parents night out all the time and we are very grateful for all of the help that this provides to our family! Our boys always walk away from the kids zone smiling with pictures that they colored for us :)
I just took our boys to one of the family movie nights last week for the first time. This. Was. Awesome!! From the comfy cushions to the bags of popcorn.... it was a really wonderful experience for us all!
Thank you for being such a fantastic facility! We’re all looking forward to upcoming warm months in the Pirate Ship pool! :)

plenty of equipment choices. So far so good..

It is so close to where I live and work - within 5 miles. The workout equipment is all so new and up to date. And I love the TV's scattered around showing mostly news w/CC turned on.

I love the variety of classes and the instructors are all really good! I also like the lap pool which is great.

I love the large workout room with all the great equipment. I’ve gotten to try so many new machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s nice that my two teenage boys get to workout in the gym too! They love going to the Y & it provides a place where they feel like they belong. It’s a very positive place to go and it has made my family happier and fitter all at the same time!

Close proximity & easy to get to.
Drawbacks: Senior membership cost is too high; Men’s locker room needs more benches and places to put our workout items. Bathroom needs to be updated; sometimes hand towel machines are inoperable.

I haven't had an opportunity to leverage my membership yet, but from the tour we are very excited to be a part of this community

Happy with the variety of equipment and classes available at the Y!

I like that we can visit other ymca s. I thought that the pool was super nice and warm. And the children's play area was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and the life guards were very focused.

Variety of classes & equipment, polite staff & option to visit any branch that is close by. My branch is 2 minutes away!
