What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Montessori school is amazing. My son started in the program last year when he was 3.5 and this year he is really blossoming and maturing. I'm sure it is a result of the structure and Montessori teachers.

Everyone at the Y is friendly and welcoming! I like the variety of group exercises and the abundance to times they are held throughout the week. Coming to the Y makes exercising fun!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I take swimming lessons and I run on the track as well as the treadmills. I am planning to do my first Ironman competition this summer and every single thing that I need is right there at the Y. Plus I have met people who have the same likes and goals as I have so it’s also expanded my social network.

I like activities with a group. Fit Lite, Line Dancing, Aerobics, Thi Chi, Zumba, etc.
The instructors are wonderful, knowledgeable, and know my name.

The staff at the sign-in desk are always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the yoga, pilates, tai chi, Silver Sneakers, rest and restore and chair yoga classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad you are thinking of starting a body pump class for seniors.

Competitive pricing for great amenities including daycare, babysitting, indoor/outdoor pools. Every interaction with staff from front desk face to face to emails from directors were friendly, accommodating, responsive.

I mostly swim, but everything is kept clean and the people are always fun to talk with, both employees and other users.

The staff are extremely professional, courteous and caring. The aqua programs in the dive area are fabulous, with the excellent instructors. There is always a pot of hot coffee. The facility is kept clean.
