My wife and I liked the whole process as it exceeded our expectation. Kyle our Zerorez technician was amazing. He was very professional and patient and explained everything and did not seemed rushed in any way and yet finished very quickly. It was clearly not his first rodeo as he was very knowledgable and efficient and an overall great representative. The flooring looked way better when he finished and we are very pleased with how well the Zerorez products cleaned what was very dirty flooring.

Joe was great and did a good job. We are disappointed that the spots on our chairs where people head and hair always end up did not come out. We understood that they may not come out and not show any longer but still a bummer that they are still there.

First, we want to say our carpet cleaner tech Josiah was EXCELLENT, he was friendly and kind and knew a lot about cleaning our carpet, he was able to clean our areas within 1 hour, and it looks fabulous and without shoes it feels great on our feet !
