So this was the second time , I had them come out a couple weeks ago . My carpet was so wet and if felt so dirty , it took 3 days to dry . This guy came out , he was so nice and professional. And my carpet looks and feels clean. I told him I bet he got a lot of dirt out of my carpet this time . I’m so glad he was the one to redo the carpet !
I’m really glad I got a follow up phone call after my not so great experience. I’m so happy now . Like I said , it looks clean, and feels clean . With such a great response I absolutely would recommend it again and use the service . I think just telling the guys to spend time getting the dirty water out of the carpet , will help a lot to customers !

Got a call estimating arrival time, arrived on time, able to get coffee stain out, and carpets looked like new afterwards. Dan did a great job and was very personable with some good suggestions.

Services used: Air duct cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning - It was easy to schedule an appointment with Zerorez and I was Pleased with how quickly I could get an appointment. Technicians (Castor and William)were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and did quality work! Very pleased with Zerorez and will continue to use them!

You did a great job cleaning the carpets! We have a house full of pets and they stain the rugs, stink up the house and make it really bad! The odors are gone! I know from experience it lasts for 6 months or more until our elderly pets mess it up, but we just call you all again! You do the best job! Your technician was wonderful, listened to what we needed and got it done! We're very pleased!

I appreciated the employee, Waylon, who came to clean my carpets. He was on time, answered all my questions, and worked hard. He was polite and respectful of my home. Waylon is an excellent employee. My carpets look great. I give Waylon a 10/10.

But I give Zerorez as a company less (6/10) because of the obvious push to upsale the customer at end of the transaction. I hope good employees like Waylon are not penalized because of my firm no to the push to add services I did not want. Hopefully, as a company, you recognize that a well trained conscientious employee like the one who cleaned my carpets is worth way more than any extra money a customer is tricked into adding to their services. Most customers who feel duped don’t return. I will be a repeat customer of Zerorez as long as Waylon is the one to clean my carpets. He really did do a great job and I hope he’s proud of his hard work. Thanks Waylon.

There is no residue. We helped the drying process with fans andit went well. Carpet looks very good after a good vacuum when it dried. The tech was on time, quite pleasant and professional. He explained the process and then very efficiently did the work.
