My cleaner, Robert, called to say he could arrive ahead of time, and he provided excellent professional service. The carpets look great, and he removed the pet stains. Unscented. The tech went out of his way to avoid fragrance at my request. He was extremely thorough in finding even small stains to address - literally getting down on his hands and knees. Very cautious with protecting the walls and wood floors from damage their equipment might cause. Dries very quickly with fans & open windows.
