Malek was very nice and polite. He did a very good job. He explained what he would be doing and how long we needed to wait for the drying process. He didn't talk down to me like the man from another company that "cleaned" our rug. Malek was actually able to clean the rugs so well! They look so much better!!

We were really impressed with the results! It looks so much cleaner! No offensive odors from the cleaning products and the carpet is nice and soft ( not crunchy like some cleaners). We really liked Matthew that did our cleaning! He was on time and called ahead. He was very nice and friendly and did a great job!! We would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Noah and the trainee gentleman that came to clean my carpets were very friendly, listened to my concerns, and did a wonderful job !! I feel Noah went the extra mile to please me. They worked together and were finished in less than an hour. I have used Zero Rez many times, and hope to have Noah back again when it's time for another cleaning.

Second time we’ve used Zero Res have been very happy with results both times. This time we had some pet stains deeply imbedded in the carpet pad. I thought it would be impossible to get them removed. But the zero res process seems to have worked.
The technician also cleaned a couple of wool area rugs and they look fantastic.
The technician worked very hard. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I like the fact that there is no chemical smell after the job is finished, there is no residue left after the carpet dries and the fact that it was so easy to schedule.

So very pleased with the carpet cleaning. The results are amazing. The carpet had not been cleaned in many years. I had 4 rooms and hallway plus an area rug cleaned. I cannot say enough good things about the process, the professionalism and the service. One thing I noticed after the carpet was cleaned was there was no odor. No strong detergent or chemical smell. The carpet dried quickly and again, looks amazing. I highly recommend Zerorez for the best service and reasonable price.

The cleaning went easily. Zack was efficient. He explained the process to us. The carpet dried in less than 24 hours. The only thing I would say is I was not told when scheduling the appointment that furniture is not moved when cleaning carpet. We didn’t have a bed in the room at the time. I would have said it was very expensive to just go around the furniture. We had moved some small things out of the room, so I guess we got our monies worth.

Your technician communicated well prior to arrival. He worked hard to complete the job. As he finished the job, it looked like all spots had been removed, but after drying some of the worst spots remained. Is there any follow up possible to do some additional cleaning?
