Although this was the last job of the day Zymear did a thorough job and did not do it in a rush. We asked for the carpet cleaning service and the people we talked with on the phone were very nice and accomodating and gave us a good quick date to get it done. On the date that we had our service the two cleaners that came to the house were very nice and showed up on time and did a great job! They cleaned everywhere that we asked and cleaned very well. We would recommend this zerorez service to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

Excellent service and friendly technicians. Fair and honest services. Slightest issue, they will fix it Dries in about 6 hours ( had the heat on because it’s winter).

Our tech, Guy, showed up on time - he was friendly, explained clearly and in detail what he would do and also what he would suggest based on looking at our carpets. We will always be a Zerorez client!

I like the fact that there is No residue left!

The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. They were also efficient. The vent / duct cleaning seems to have had an effect. Don’t know the volume of dust and whatnot they removed, but our vents definitely have more airflow now.
