I have had Zerorez clean my carpets for several years and have never been disappointed. Jorge has been to my house the last two years and is very pleasant and even remembered that he came to clean my carpet last year. I agree with your ads that I have never had "crunchy" carpets with Zerorez!

This week's cleaning was the only exception ~ carpet looks streaked and somehow dirtier than before the cleaning!? I have called the company and they are sending a tech out in a couple days for a redo at no charge. Hoping for a better outcome!
