Will was professional and courteous. He walks through the house with you to make sure exactly what you want done, no surprises. Described the equipment and products used to do the cleaning. Animal urine was addressed if you have had pets in the house. Prepare yourself for what you may see when the black light gets used. Results were great. Carpet was clean, looked fresh and fibers stood tall when raked. Very satisfied.
