Terrance was a great technician. He reviewed the service and options with clarity. I had a wool rug that needed cleaning. He ran into some issues with his standard process but shifted to other tools and treatments and did a good job. I’m not sure if ZeroRez is adequately equipped for wool rugs cause I’d say it was about 90% better given Terrance gave 110%.

The service rep was prompt and did a very good job. The carpet looks and feels great.

The wide spectrum beyond carpets. Our support member who did the work for us kept us involved and ensured we understood what was happening and reviewed the progress. He was fantastic.

Scheduling was super easy via text message and all my questions were quickly answered. The technician was very professional. She called prior to arrival and let me know her status. She explained the process and quickly got to work. She made sure that I was satisfied before she left and answered all my questions.

Clean

The tech Zach was extremely professional and tried several methods to remove a candle wax (red) stain from our couch (light gray). We were very happy with the results even though Zach was apologizing for not getting it to his standard.

They were very efficient, friendly, and great price! They did our building in about 3 hours and Antonio was awesome to work with.
