How clean the carpet is and how rapidly it dries.

First of all I like the results of this work: I've been sneezing and had a drippy nose for weeks and it cleared up completely since the work was done. The work was done on time. Our technician was courteous and showed a great deal of care to keep our home clean throughout the process.

We are thrilled with the duct cleaning service provided by Roger and Logan. They communicated with us prior to arrival and updated us throughout the process. They were very friendly and professional. I’ve used Zerorez in the past for carpet and hardwood cleaning and was very impressed with the results. I will add duct cleaning to the services I go to them for.

He always comes on time and if there is a cancellation, he calls and sees if that would work for us. He also has us check his work to see if it is done to our liking.

The young man that cleaned and prepared the carpet was very good and very nice. I’ve never had a carpet company do so many prior steps to cleaning the carpet. We did get the sprayed on carpet protection on our carpet. It looks great. Again the man that cleaned the carpet was super nice and very efficient. He got right to work.

My technician arrived and we walked through our townhouse. We discussed the areas I had concerns about. He talked about what he thought he could do. We went over the costs for his work. He went to work and was done in about an hour. I was pleased with what he was able to accomplish. I was impressed with his work

Originally, we had some serious streaking in our carpet and we really didn’t like the outcome of the first clean. But after texting with the manager and then coming to do a re-clean, everything looks a lot better.

There was a never before issue in 40 years, with my carbon monoxide monitor going off. I did not even know what it was! Buddy did and unplugged it. It went off again yesterday.
My concern if there is too much emission, affecting the environment and particularly you employees, breathing that all day. Please keep me imformed about the issue and resolution.
