He called when he was 20 minutes out and came within the window of time they said. He was respectful of property. He told me of their other added on services without trying to upsell me. I like that they don’t use soap because I’ve had some bad experiences with that in the past. He worked hard and fast and even did a wool area rug on the spur of the moment. The carpets did take longer to dry than I had thought but they look great and I know they are clean with no residue now.

I like how well hard to remove spots are taken care of, how clean my carpet is when they're finished. I like how efficiently the do the job. They are also careful with other parts of the house they need to move in.

Service was great once he got here, I had two extra cushions to clean. I thought the additional cleaning cost was high. Comparing to the love seat cost.
The edge of the cushions could of use a little more cleaning. But overall happy.
