The attendant was right on time and he was very respectful and cleaned up after he was done and we were very pleased with the results. Our rug was really bad and they got the spot out and we’re very happy and we use them again.

I like that the spots disappear and don’t come back. I loved Julio he was the best person who was very knowledgeable about the product. This is my third time using this company.

The technician, Jordan was respectful by calling ahead and letting me know he was on the way. I have kitties and he made sure the they didn't get out while he was working.

Technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He not only explained what he was going to do but asked during the process our thoughts on the results. Dylan was very informative and provided us with future options, especially for our area rug, which we will do in the future. I would not only recommend Zerorez but highly recommend Dylan B. Out serviceman Trent was excellent. The rugs look great but little improvement on the couch. You've offered a re-do on the couch but personally, I don't think it will make any improvement.

I highly recommend Colton & his helper. They cleaned my carpeting on 4-17 and did an excellent job. They were very prompt on arrival time. I explained a few things to them that I wanted done and they immediately got busy. They were soon done & on their way. They were 2 very nice gentlemen.

Have used ZeroRez for years. Previously when we lived in Dallas and Now in Little River. Always very friendly and careful of your home and furnishings. Carpets are never left drenched and take days to dry. No harsh soaps or chemicals. Efficient and on time. Great experience.
