He educated me on different carpet cleaning methods and options which was very helpful. Our carpets dried in records time and have never felt this clean since being installed several years ago. Zerorez did a great job cleaning my air ducts. From my initial call to learn about the company, their products and service I was pleased with the agent Kevin who I spoke with. He was able to give me an appointment in a few days. I received an email and text that my visit was soon. My home was serviced by Mark who called prior to his arrival. Once he arrived he was very professional and walked me through what he would be doing to clean my air ducts. He left everything neat and clean when he was done. I will use their services again.
