It was our first using a professional cleaning service and our technician was Steve Jeanty walked us through the entire process and made sure that we were comfortable with what needed to done to our carpet. He took the time to show us what he was doing and assured us that we would be pleased with the outcome. Needless to say we are very pleased and when its time to clean our carpets again we will use Zerorez and ask for Steve again. As we found out about y'all from a neighbor I have already told all of our neighbors about our great experience and how great our carpet looks!! Thank you Steve and Zerorez!!

My husband and I were so surprised when our technician (Bert) completed cleaning the carpet and 4 dining room chairs! Everything looked brand new, and it is all 10+ years old. We have used Zerorez multiple times over the last few years and have always been very satisfied with their service (including air duct cleaning). But the service was never completed as competently as Bert did it. He has his own standards, and they had to be met along with our requirements. I will request him the next time I need Zerorez. Thank you, Bert!
