Zerorez was great! We have very light carpets and animals and a toddler. They were so dirty. In under an hour, Zerorez got them looking brand new! There was no sticky residue at the end and they were dry in a few hours! We also had some urine stains that they got out completely. I had a problem with the cleaning. I called customer service, and she was no nice and apologetic, I explained the situation and sent in pictures. Her help and "we will make it right" response made me immediately calm and knew they would help.
