He did my carpets very carefully. Told me what I needed to do to keep up. With keeping it clean and keeping it in good shape. I hope others that get d*** Experienced the kindness from him, so thank you. I also love the product. My house smells like lemons. I guess if that's the smell, but thank you. Our technician, Joe, did an amazing job cleaning out our air ducts, furnace, and dryervent. He was here right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. And he did not leave any dirt or dust behind as many other companies reviews have stated. I was very happy with the job and would highly recommend zeroes in the future!
