Our technician was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job clean our carpets and dryer vent.

I liked the service tech who came out. He was friendly, informative and took some before and after pictures. Always kept me informed of what was going on and showed me how much dog hair was pulled up even after I just vacuumed. We will be requesting Angel in the future.

Alan did an excellent job cleaning our carpeted steps leading from the main floor to the second. They look almost new again. Alan was very professional and careful with his work. He was also friendly and offered advice on keeping the carpeting clean.

It really is the perfect carpet cleaning. The carpet stays cleaner way way longer since it doesn't leave any soap residue on the carpet. I refuse to use anyone else because I have seen how long the carpet lasts vs any budget cleaner.

The service was a different experience from the first time I've utilized Zerorez! The product left my home smelling fresh, and the appearance of the carpet look very clean! The technician completed the rooms and showed me the yuck that was pulled from the carpet and asked for my feedback and approval before going to the next room. Very pleased with my overall services!

It was very easy to schedule my appointment and a great deal. Stacie did a fabulous job, he was very professional and accommodating. I added additional areas during my appointment and they were all reasonably priced.

Courtesy of the representative I spoke with on the phone, and the technician who worked on our (very, very difficult & stained) carpets was professional, pleasant and extremely focused on removing all the stains he possibly could. As expected, a few of the worst stains resurfaced after a couple days of drying, but even those are barely visible. I am actually blown away by how well he did & how quickly the carpets were dry. Will absolutely recommend Zerorez.
