Thaddeus was a good guy and cared for our home and the work he did.
Our carpets feel cleaner overall, removing all of the soil filtration areas would have been nice, but I understand it is challenging to remove.

Zerorez was recommended from friends in the area and we were not disappointed. Our ducts needed some overdue cleaning after a house project and are now renewed also. The crew called before arrival, came on time and were done in about 2 hours. We are happy with the results and would use them again if needed. Thanks!

We had the most excellent service provider! I've been using Zero rez for the past 8 years and honestly I've never had a service provider from you hwo cared so much that I was a happy customer. He was polite, and hard working. No corners were cut and he made sure to go the extra mile when I told him it was a daycare space. He made sure the carpet was expertly vacuumed and used a tool I've never seen any other provider use! The results show that his attention to detail was worth it! I'm very happy!
