I love that you do not use any chemicals and use only hot water. I do not want to breathe in those nasty chemicals, and I don't want my dogs to, either. I like that the carpet dries quickly, too.
Alex arrived in a timely manner and listened to our requests. Then he made suggestions. Alex explained the process and expectations and then went to work. He did a super job accomplishing what we wanted. Would ask for him again.
The scheduling process was quick and easy. The service technician was prompt, friendly, and was cognizant of the fact that the flooring had just been redone and took measures to assure it was not damaged during his procedure.
