Jake was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating cleaning the ducts and dryer. Also Josh that we had clean our tubs 6/20/2024 was super friendly and I never received a feedback request for him to tell you guys how great he did.

We told him what we wanted done. He did all the rooms we requested, excellently! We told him about our daughter’s room, with a lot of paint stains on the carpet. We told him it’s okay if you can’t get it all out. He tried anyway. I would highly recommend him and Zerorez for anyone who asks!

The one thing that could be improved would be the noise from the pump in the truck. It was so loud people left the nearby swimming pool to get away from it . My neighbors were NOT happy with the noise.
