I've used Zerorez for a number of years, and my personal feeling is that my carpets are cleaner than when any other business has done them. And I love that they are able to extract so much water from them, it doesn't take them long to dry.

I had two rooms cleaned and 12 steps on my staircase. I have several pets, so it really needed cleaning and Zerorez did a fabulous job and cleaned up the carpets so nicely!
