Steam clean method is so much better than other companies that use the cold process but with a lot of chemicals. I feel comfortable knowing that it’s just hot steaming water that goes in there kills germs and extracts all the badness dirt, etc..

The deep clean seemed to fix the pet urine issue. Two guys arrived. One did the labor and one walked me through the steps.

I like the fact it is simple to schedule your teams as well as that the process you use for cleaning works so well and does not leave detergents in the carpet. It may all sound like marketing mumbo jumbo, but it does work, and the carpets do stay cleaner longer. There is also no fragrance or chemical smell which is another positive.

Your service tech Mason, was incredibly polite, understanding & courteous. He made sure everything that needed done, got done & the way it needed to be done. He used the corner covers on every wall or door, as needed. He gave me additional options for a couple areas that needed additional attention. The job got done & done right.
