Zerorez were amazing, the customer service has been great right from the booking. I went with them because as soon as I asked for a quote online they came back right away with guidance and the quote I received seemed very reasonable. Lisa turned up promptly on the day and was super friendly, she gave me a really honest idea of what can be done with my wool carpets but the end result was even better! The service was very quick, she was in and out in less than 2 hours for a 3 bedroom maisonette with hallways and staircases and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Definitely recommend.

The technician was very nice and not pushy. I was surprised that there was a charge for just showing up. that was pretty sucky.
Richard was wonderful!! A little disappointed in the dry time though - going in 36 hrs and most of the area still wet. Is that normal?? That has never happened with carpet cleaning before
