Joel was extremely kind and thorough. Open and honest about what was able to be cleaned and what wasn't. Gave us a free bottle of Zerorez multi surface cleaner to use for future needs and told me how to use it. Prided himself on the fact that no harsh chemicals are used at Zerorez. Told me about the pet odor eliminator I was using was creating a soap residue underneath the carpet and making issue worse and advised me not to use it again. I will definitely use Zerorez again for my future cleaning needs!
