Friendly personal service. Scott was wonderful. Answered all of our questions and explained the entire process. Very efficient love the fact that it’s just water! Everything looked great. Had two area rugs and quite a bit of furniture cleaned, and it made such a huge difference after a years worth of renovations and all the drywall dust that came with it. Definitely will have you all back again sometime.
The products are great.The guy was great.Very professional.My one and only complaint is (and I had this complaint last time) They need to wear covers on their shoes.Their shoes get wet and that leaves shoe prints.When They leave I need to mop up shoe prints.Other than that everything was a 10 +.

Your company has done a remarkable job on my white, very high-end carpets. A job that is so good I thought that replacement would be necessary. Instead, Zerorez cleaning has them looking and staying like they are literally brand new. You did what I thought was the impossible. Ken is/was highly professional, cared and does wonderful work. I cannot recommend Zerorez enough. Your process is so much better than steam cleaning that the processes are not comparable. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! USE THIS COMPANY!
