We have been using Zerorez for many years, and have always been pleased with the results. Noah was our cleaner this year, and he was so nice and polite. We noticed a few dirt streaks in the berber carpet after he left that evening, and when I called the next morning, they were very accommodating about getting someone out to re-do it. Tyler came out the day after I called, and re-did the basement. We were very pleased and appreciative.
It's been a struggle in recent years to get on the schedule to have our carpets cleaned, because we are "out of district". That's our main complaint.

Quick, courteous service! The house smells so fresh and the carpet dried in only a few hours so we were able to get back to living.
We just did the basic 3 room cleaning and this took care of some stains and pet odors. I also like that my technician didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t need. I believe this happened during our first visit as I was not home.

I really enjoyed the two times I have used the service with one exception. the last time I had them clean, there was a ripple left in my carpet that was not there before. I thought after a couple of days it would go down, but it hasn't, other than that I am well pleased with the service

That was so easy from start to finish. Booking, choosing and scheduling a time within a reasonable window, payment, etc. I was so worried my carpets wouldn’t really see much improvement but they looked brand new afterwards and every stain came out! So glad I booked zerorez!
