Too many times we have had our carpets cleaned by others and the spots are back days or weeks later.
I also like that you clean both the step and the front of the step on the stairs.
Most areas this last cleaning were dry within four hours but just a few places that required extra cleaning. Those took about eight hours to dry.

Our tile looks great! And our technician was very nice & efficient.

I think they did a great job! My carpet is about a year old and was starting to look a bit dingy, as well as a bit of a dusty musty odor. I specifically wanted a chemical free carpet cleaning, and the carpets look, feel, and smell great! I did lots of smelling. It was fast, easy (except clearing the floor of my stuff), and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again.

The technician (Darrell) was very professional he explained the process of getting out pet orders and stains. He gave us suggestions how to take care of are carpet. Darrell, was on time. He called before he arrived. Darrell, did a wonderful job. We look forward to having Darrell come back this fall for more carpet treatments.

The tech arrived on time, gave more than 30 minutes notice of his arrival time, explained how he planned to treat the carpet stains, and didn't try to upsell services. He was not able to remove the stain (as I expected), but he was honest about it. He was professional in all interactions, got the job done in a timely manner and was friendly.

William did an outstanding job. He removed stains the last person couldn't get out. I asked him to clean the tile in the shower and he gave me a price and he did the job. It looks like new. He used protectors on each corner where he pulled the hose. No paint chips. You have a winner with William.
