Thorough cleaning by a friendly, conscientious technician. He checked with his manager about our slate situation and the manager had knowledgeable input. I do think the price is extremely high. It was done with a machine and it cost $1 sq ft.
Professionalism.
Our service provider worked very hard and efficient. We were able to add our three season room and our dining room chairs, that we had not previously requested. We were charged extra for these add on’s of course. Our carpet looks much better, although the traffic areas are not perfect. That is to be expected. Although he worked very hard on the dining room chairs, when they dried, they look worse than before they were cleaned I believe because they are old and may have not been cleaned often enough over the years and may need to be recovered. As far as the zero product and services concerned, I think they did the best job that they possibly could. We have used Zerorez several times in Arizona and when we bought our condo in Holland, Michigan and needed our carpet cleaned, we immediately looked to see if Zerorez was in the area because we’ve always been satisfied with their services over any other company we have used in the past. We highly recommend Zerorez.

The process from beginning to end was amazing! Our serviceman (Tony) was kind and respectful. We have older carpet that we aren't ready to replace quite yet and Tony did an amazing job! We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely have Tony back and would recommend to others!

Easy pick up and drop off
I love how friendly your associate was. He spent alot of time really cleaning the floors and making them look like new. And he also gave me advice as to which mops are better at keeping the floor more clean.
