The gentlemen that came to clean the carpets gave me a 30 minute notice of their arrival and they were so polite and professional. They explained everything they were going to do . Very friendly staff. They came in last year and cleaned our air ducts, and did a great job. They explained what they were doing, how long it would take and answered any questions we had. Now we are having our area rugs cleaned, they just picked them up yesterday. Again, the process was explained and questions answered. Staff are polite, professional and nice to work with.
